This week’s challenge pretty much speaks for itself.

But why celebrate?

Because it feels good!

So why wouldn’t we do more of it?

And take it beyond needing to have something to celebrate, to being able to find the celebration in anything and everything.

Try these ideas on for size:

  • Wake up and set a daily intention for a celebration theme you want to focus on today.
  • Each night before bed, reflect on your day, and give thanks for all the things you had to celebrate
  • Set or plan designated times that you’re going to stop and have mini-celebrations throughout your day.
  • Make a list of everything you want to celebrate in your life, and set up something like a traditional yearly calendar, with your own personal scheduled celebrations.
  • Or more challenging, take something that doesn’t necessarily feel good and find the celebration within it or that you were able to come to from it.
  • And ultimately, practice celebrating each and every moment, of every single day, whenever you can remember to do so.

It’s all about being present, expressing gratitude, showing up for your life, finding joy and fulfillment, and quite simply, having more fun!
